Watsons, the leading health, wellness, and beauty retailer, actively supports the Department of Health (DOH) in its efforts to combat the rising cases of Pertussis, also known as whooping cough.
As the disease spreads in specific regions across the Philippines, Watsons contributes to the initiative by offering Pertussis vaccines to walk-in customers at selected stores. Vaccines are provided on a first-come-first-served basis, and stocks are limited only. This initiative aims to curb the spread of the disease.

Watsons can administer vaccines to individuals aged 18 years old and above. However, senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWD), and pregnant women are advised to obtain a doctor’s approval before vaccination. For individuals aged 17 years old and below, vaccines cannot be administered in-store. Watsons recommends consulting a pediatrician for proper assessment.
