Regarded as to having the best Kapampangan Sisig dish, even all over the world, Aling Lucing’s is located in Angeles City and frequented by tourists and well-known personalities. Aling Lucing or Lucia Lagman, also known as the “Sisig Queen” is cited as the one who invented the mouthwatering Sisig dish.

Don’t be confused with Aling Mila’s Lechon brand, Mila’s Tokwa’t Baboy & Sisig is different but it is also a household name in Angeles City and the whole Pampanga province for its superb dishes especially when it comes to their classic Tokwa’t Baboy since the late ’80s. Mila’s Tokwa’t Baboy & Sisig has also been vying to win the hearts of food lovers with their own rendition of the Sisig. Close enough, but Aling Lucing’s always get the top spot.

Located beside the busy main road in Bacolor, Apag Marangle is a Kapampangan restaurant that offers a variety of original homegrown cuisines that tummy travelers will surely enjoy.
The main branch in Bacolor sports a garden with fish ponds ambience and is considered as one of the best restaurants in Pampanga. Apag Marangle means ‘hain sa bukid’ when translated in Tagalog.

For P375, one person can enjoy a lunch or dinner buffet meal during weekends. Choices are overwhelming. They have grilled seafood, barbecues, soups, main course dishes, desserts, and drinks that are mixed of Tagalog and Kapampangan cuisines. You can go back to many plate changes as you want as long as you finished your first. Just make sure you have no left-overs or else you’ll be paying the P395 charge for it.

Comercio Central

Comercio Central is the newest food hub inside the Clark Freeport, Clark Special Economic Zone in Calrk, Pampanga. It’s a weekend market place showcasing Pampanga’s best products, food and delicacies from different merchants inside the sprawling Clark Parade Ground. Comercio Central is part of Visit Pampanga 2018 tourism program supported by former Philippine President now Congresswoman Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and is spearheaded by Bessie Rustia of Creative Travel and Tour International.

According to Ms. Bessie, the lifestyle market is one way to attract visitors, foreigners and local tourists to the province. Comercio Central officially opened in December 2017 and after it showed progress and clamor, Rustia decided to continue Comercio Central to meet the demands from the guests.

Aside from the food, Comercio Central is also popular for the nightly entertainment featuring local bands in the province. As part of its success, Comercio Central recently opened the stage to budding artists to showcase their talents via Pampanga’s Got Talent – the 1st talent search competition from Comercio Central. Audition is still open and prizes are at stake for the winners. Pampanga’s Gpt Talent Opening Night was held last April 6 & 7 and will continue for the next three weeks until it commenced on April 29 for the Grand Concert Night.
