UniTeam Alliance standard bearer, Bongbong Marcos, Jr. campaigned in Las Piñas City, bailiwick of his ally and senatorial bet Mark Villar.
Marcos and vice presidential bet Sara Duterte held a caravan from Alabang West Parade to The Tent at Vista Global South for the UniTeam Alliance’s grand rally.
The Las Piñas sortie was a follow-up after the team’s Parañaque campaign rally that was cancelled due to heavy rain last Saturday.
The Tent has a capacity of 5,000 people according to its Facebook Page. The 3,792sqm venue opened in December 2019.
Meanwhile, a mural wall painting by the youth supporters of Leni Robredo in Las Piñas was painted white by men who were allegedly identified working for the Villars.
Robredo supporters called out the “whitewashing” incident and the motive behind it as if it was a deliberate move when the UniTeam motorcade was about to start.
