Santé ranks First on the 2021 IQVIA Survey for Most Trusted Brand in the Market

Santé, a premier natural health and wellness products and services provider, recently achieved number one status as one of the most trusted brands among barley supplement users. 

In a recently conducted survey by IQVIA among random food supplement consumers, Santé ranks highest regarding brand awareness among barley supplement users. 

The survey indicates that more and more people are learning about barley grass’s many health benefits, including its high levels of antioxidants and vitamins A and C. It also reinforces Santé leadership as the country’s premier source for responsibly sourced and processed barley grass. ‘No surprise there since the brand has been at the forefront of producing outstanding barley grass products since 2007. 

The survey also showed that, compared to five other brands offering barley-based products, Santé’s brand equity is well-established among barley supplement users, with 94 percent of the surveyed participants saying they are aware of the brand. Fifty-three percent of the respondents also consider Santé the top-of-mind barley brand, with 85 percent noting that they used its products. Meanwhile, 78 percent of the respondents said they have past four weeks of usage, while 69 percent have most often used Santé products.  

Santé Barley, the brand’s flagship product, is also top-of-mind for 45 percent of the surveyed barley-based product users. Seventy-six percent noted that they know this product, while 55 percent said they have tried consuming it. Meanwhile, 44 percent of respondents said they had used Santé Barley in the past four weeks, while 38 percent said they used this product most often. 

Meanwhile, Santé Barley Max, also a barley-based drink by Santé, offered in leading drug stores, supermarkets, convenience stores and online shops, is also gaining traction among users. According to the report, Santé Barley Max’s total brand awareness is second at 40 percent. Twenty-one percent of barley users also noted that they have used Santé Barley Max and 15 percent used the product in the past four weeks. Lastly, nine percent of the respondents often used the product, still making it higher than the competitors.
