Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto did it again.
Mayor Vico shows what kind of a real public servant should be in the government. In fact, he himself is no exemption, even during birthdays.
The young mayor greets his constituents and Facebook followers this morning to remind them that there will be no grand birthday celebration that will happen to mark his 31st natal year.
He thanked all those who sent their birthday greetings and would be well-wishers.
He told in his post that he wants the people to buy food packs and distribute them to thise who are in need as their gifts to him if they’re planning to surprise him.
He stated it clear and mentioned that he is not a party-person and reminded all that mass gathering is still prohibited. And being a mayor doesn’t exempt him from violating quarantine protocols.
Sinas left the chat group.
“COVID is still alive, my friends!” said the mayor.
Below are his exact words posted on his Facebook page account.
