In a recent interview, Atty. According to Barry Gutierrez, the Vice President’s Office is almost ready to transition once the newly Vice President-elect Sara Duterte-Carpio is sworn in. Gutierrez revealed this in today’s morning interview, and they are promising a smooth and easy transition.
On a Facebook livestream last night, Vice President Leni Robredo displayed all of the gifts that her team received throughout the campaign period. Team OVP was inspecting all of the items, some of which will be auctioned off or donated to those in need. The livestream gave the audience, mostly kakampinks, a glimpse into her day-to-day life as a regular government employee serving as the Vice President of the Philippines.
Since Robredo’s term began in 2016, the office has had to make some improvised renovations to convert it from a ceremonial to a working office.
A Thanksgiving Party will be held tonight, May 13, from 5-8 p.m., at the Ateneo de Manila University. “TAYO ANG LIWANAG: Isang Pasasalamat” is the theme for the Team Leni-Kiko occasion. This will most likely be Robredo’s final public appearance before her family departs for a one-week vacation abroad.
