1 of the 9 policemen involved in Sulu shooting found COVID-19 positive

The flight to Manila of the nine policemen involved in the shooting and killing of four Army troops in Sulu was held back when one of them was found COVID-19 positive after their swab test prior to their transfer to Camp Crame.

The nine policemen who will.be transfered in Manila are Police Staff Sergeant Almudzrin Hadjaruddin, Patrolman Alkalaj Mandangan, Patrolman Rajiv Putalan, Police Senior Master Sergeant Abdelzhimar Padjiri, Police Master Sergeant Hanie Baddiri, Police Staff Sergeant Iskandar Susulan, Police Staff Sergeant Ernisar Sappal, Police Corporal Sulki Andaki, and Patrolman Moh Nur Pasani, all of Jolo Police Station.

The said police personnel gunned down Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) troops Maj. Marvin Indammog, commanding officer of the 9th Intelligence Service Unit (ISU); Capt. Irwin Managuelod; Sgt. Eric Velasco, and Cpl. Abdal Asula on June 29.
