The North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) Corporation and the City Government of Meycauayan jointly signed a Memorandum of Agreement for an updated Traffic Management Plan in the city this June 29, 2020.
NLEX Corporation was represented by Theresa O. Wells (Chief Finance Officer), while the City of Meycauayan was represented by Mayor Linabelle Ruth R. Villarica during the MOA signing.
The aforementioned MOA covers the implementation of a Traffic Management Plan to manage traffic flow around the Meycauayan Interchange, Libtong Exit, and Pandayan Exit known as Traffic Management Zones (TMZs).
The agreement will be effective within three (3) years, and may be subject to revision based on its annual review.
City Vice Mayor Josefina O. Violago and Atty. Romulo S. Quimbo, Jr., Senior Vice President for Communications & Stakeholders Management of NLEX Corporation were also present during the MOA signing.
