Atsuhiro Okamoto, Toyota Motor Philippines appeared on Toyota Wigo’s virtual launch held earlier today June 15 to welcome the new sporty, techy, and trendy new Wigo hatchback.
“This pandemic has physically confined us. Today, we bring you TMP’s very first official interactive digital vehicle launch. I am happy to celebrate a new milestone with all of you for the official launch of the new Toyota Wigo,” said Okamoto as he introduced the latest low-cost passenger car to the audience online tuning on Toyota Motor Philippines’ official Facebook page.
“We can only gather a small number of guests to witness our event, but now in cybespace, we are able to reach hundreds of thousands of people in the country to witness the all new Toyota Wigo,” he added before showing the TVC of the new ride.
Wigo appeals to a broad spectrum of customers. It has been the car of choice for young professionals and the new Wigo remains an iconic car that offers the same familiar feeling of practicality and reliability – but made more advanced and more convenient and safe.
This compact and stylish car comes equipped with a 1.0-liter three-cylinder gasoline engine capable of 65hp at 6,000rpm and up to 89Nm of torque at 4,400rpm.
