Laguna Governor Ramil Hernandez has publicly spoken for media interview and made an appeal to anyone who has knowledge of the Robyn Jang Lucero murder case to give their statements to help solve the crime, as soon as possible.

“Kung meron pong mga civilians dyan, may mga concerned citizens na merong alam at pwedeng makatulong to resolve the case, ay ah, of course kailangan-kailangan po natin ng tulong nila,” Gov. Hernandez told 24 Oras news team.

Meanwhile, the case filed by PNP CALABARZON police against Annshiela Belarmino, PNP’s principal suspect, was junked by the fiscal because of lack and insufficient evidence that could and would implicate the 20-year old suspect to the murder case.

Belarmino showed both of her hands to GMA News reporter John Consulta to prove that there are no signs or traces of evidence that can prove she did the gruesome killing of Lucero on the night of July 28.

Belarmino was released from police custody on Thursday, July 9.

However, Philippine National Police (PNP) CALABARZON, in their statement, vowed to pursue the murder case against Belarmino and will gather more forensic and technical evidence. The police added that the manhunt for the three other persons of interest is still ongoing. A newly-organized Special Investigation Task Group will conduct additional investigation together with the PNP.
