Chef Fung brings the artistry of Cantonese cuisine to life under the helm of its award-winning
chef-owner Fung Chi Keung. Renowned for his mastery of traditional techniques and premium
ingredients, the chef behind Singapore’s acclaimed restaurants like Kai Garden and Kai Duck adds
a modern flair to classics like Four Colors Xiao Long Bao and Peking Duck. Every dish at Chef Fung
celebrates the richness and innovation of Chinese culinary heritage.

 

Chef Jessie

At Chef Jessie, chef-owner Jessie Sincioco brings a masterful fusion of international culinary
standards and familiar local flavors to life with standout dishes like Baked Chilean Seabass in
Miso, Baby Lechon, and Award-Winning Sisig. Renowned for preparing meals for Pope Francis
during his 2015 visit to the Philippines, she seamlessly blends global techniques with Filipino

Sticky Sweet

Sticky Sweet redefines desserts with imaginative creations of delightful sweets and heavenly
pastries. Inspired by sweet Asian favorites, its menu features treats like varieties of Wagashi
(Japanese Mochi), Petit Four (mini cakes), specialty coffee and beverages, and a lot more. Every

Unagi Yukimitsu

Unagi Yukimitsu showcases the culinary expertise of chef-owner Masaki Watanabe, a
distinguished Japanese culinary professional known in the industry as "Tuna King". A must try is
Unagi Hitsumabushi (grilled eel on rice with sweet savory sauce), crafted with authenticity and

Kuro Maguro

Chef-owner Masaki Watanabe also leads a specialized show kitchen that focuses on kuro maguro
