Give love notes

A simple love notes can make him or her feel special this love month. Tell him or her through letters how much your love is. A simple note will make that person smile on Valentine’s Day.

Give flowers and chocolates

This might not work for some but for others, receiving flowers and chocolates on Valentine’s Day is special for them. Others don’t like these kind of gifts because they prefer the person’s presence more beside them. But of course, we cannot take out the fact that some people also enjoy receiving flowers and chocolates.

Go out for a romantic dinner date

It doesn’t have to be fancy. You can dine-in at Taco Bell or splurge on a dinner by candlelight with your favorite steaks, it doesn’t matter. As long as you are together spending time together in that very moment.

Watch sexy films together

Preparing for sexy time shouldn’t be a problem. If you’re quite shy on how to initiate intimacy with your partner then invite him or her to watch an adult movie or two. You can start of with the Fifty Shades of Grey installments or you can click on 365 Days from your Netflix dashboard.

Play with toys

If you’re ready for some loving, explore and experiment with tools that can help spice up the deed with some toys and kits that will excite both of you. Check out Pleasure Master for items that you might want to add to your bedroom activities.

All of these mentioned are some basic ingredients if you want to keep the flame alive and relationships to keep on going. But apart from these things, men and women should also be ready when they go down South and be prepared for what’s to come.

EcoVag

Women’s vagina is sacred and that is why no one should ever touch them but themselves or their loved ones only. As a woman aged, so is her vagina.

The vagina is an elastic, muscular canal with a soft, flexible lining that provides lubrication and sensation. The vagina connects the uterus to the outside world. The vulva and labia form the entrance, and the cervix of the uterus protrudes into the vagina, forming the interior end.

As years pass, the vagina may produce less lubricant as a result of hormonal changes, aging, or medication. Some women may also develop Bacterial Vaginosis, (BV), an abnormal vaginal condition that is characterized by vaginal discharge and results from an overgrowth of atypical bacteria in the vagina. BV may result from different factors such us improper hygiene, unsanitized napkins, wearing of tight underwears and jeans, changing partners, and unprotected sex.

To avoid this to happen and get immediate prevention, women are advised to use a vaginal capsule that helps prevent and treats vaginal itching, burning, dryness, odor and/or slightly increased discharge caused by an imbalanced normal microbial vaginal flora.

An over-the-counter (OTC) drug with patent protected probiotic strains: Lactobacillus rhamnosus, PB01™, Lactobacillus gasseri, EB01™, called EcoVag is already available in drugstores nationwide.

EcoVag is a vaginal capsule which is use to significantly reduce the risk of bacterial vaginosis and effectively treat symptoms of vaginal discomfort. The capsule is inserted inside the vagina under the hymen which will dissolved eventually.

EcoVag will not interfere with any medication that the patient is using and it will keep the woman fresh down there. EcoVag can also be used by women who are in their post-menopausal stage.

Hydenex

For men who are sexually active and want to impress their partners, there are a lot of methods that is being practiced to get their ‘little guy’ strong and in full attention, especially during sexual intercourse.

Many believe that their performance will last longer by gulping energy drinks. Some guys uses gel lubricants and do the jelging technique to attain an increase in length and thickness of the penis during its erection.

For men who want their penis ‘hard as a rock’ during performance, there is a new drug called Hydenex (Sildenafil Citrate) that can help it stay stiff for some time. A man just have to take a 25mg to 100mg tablet (a day), thirty-minutes before the activity to get the desired effect. Doctors do not advised this kind of drug to be taken above the recommended dosage or a patient may suffer from one of its side effects, a condition called priapism, a prolonged erection of the penis.

Hydenex, in tablet form, is a prescription medicine that is used to treat the inability to keep an enlarged and rigid state of the penis during sexual activity. Hydenex belongs to the Phosphodiesterase 5 Inhibitors class of medicines. Phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitors are a group of targeted therapy medicines that used to treat people with high blood pressure.

Although it is reported to be safe to use with alcohol, the following side-effects may commonly occur when using Hydenex. If any of these side-effects worsen or last for a long time, you should consult with your doctor:

  • abnormal vision
  • back pain
  • blurred vision
  • changes in color vision
  • dizziness
  • headache
  • muscle pain
  • nausea
  • rash
  • skin flushing
  • stuffy or a runny nose
  • upset stomach

The following severe side-effects may also occur when using Hydenex:

  • Heart disease (palpitation, or heart attack) (possibly fatal)If this happens, contact your doctor right away and stop taking medicine.
  • Erections lasting more than 4 hours (known as, priapism) (permanent injury to the penis)Symptoms: painfully enlarged and rigid state of the penis for more than 4 hours. If this happens, you should contact your doctor right away.
  • Sudden loss or decrease in hearing. Symptoms: dizziness ringing in the ears. The medicine should be discontinued and you should contact your doctor right away.
  • Sudden vision loss in one or both eyes. The medicine should be discontinued and you should contact your doctor right away.

Your doctor has prescribed this medicine because they judge that the benefit is greater than the risk posed by side-effects. Many people using this medicine do not have serious cases of side-effects. This page does not contain a complete list of all possible side-effects.

.

Don’t forget. BE SAFE and PROTECTED.

Para sa mga nagpapraktis ng birth control (baka marami na silang anak or ayaw pa nila ng malaking responsibilty pa) condom usage have a 98% effectivity rate when properly used during sexual intercourse. Also it has been proven to be one of the best ways to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) such as HIV or Human Immunodeficiency Virus.

With all of these, having a condom at the ready simply shows your partner how much you really care this Valentine’s Day, which incidentally is also National Condom Day.  It’s a reflection of how you both have your health and wellness in mind, and is as well a sign of deep respect and, ultimately, love and affection. And buying condoms need not to be an embarrassing experience anymore.

Mabuti na lang at may Durex condoms accessible sans the awkwardness associated with purchasing them. Mabibili nyo ang Durex kahit sa mga convenience store ng walang takot na baka ma-judge kayo ng sales clerk. Bawal judgemental, hoy! Sa panahon ngayon kahit mga boys eh bumibili na ng mga napkin for their girls nang hindi nahihiya so why be shy whem you buy a condom? Remember, it’s always best to be safe than sorry.
