Still hesitant to pay or buy items online? Afraid of not being able to click the right button for your online transaction? Worry no more because Globe makes your transition to digital as easy as 1-2-3.

Digital tools may seem intimidating for first-time or infrequent users, especially for the older generation who are used to the traditional way of doing things. Globe’s latest innovation, EasyHub, combines the comfort of brick-and-mortar stores with the power of digital for a more convenient, fast, and secure experience for everyone regardless of age or digital savviness.

“Globe EasyHub was designed to accommodate the needs of the elderly and digital hesitants who are seeking a sense of control or need assurance when making digital transactions. Globe developed this type of service to help them be at ease in making their first steps towards digitalization,” said Michael Coson, Globe Head of Retail Design and Portfolio Growth.

The EasyHub booths are placed in selected malls nationwide to make them accessible to more people. Through the Pay Zone and Care Zone in every kiosk, customers can make essential transactions without the hassle of advanced queuing and waiting.

The Pay Zone offers vending machines that accept cash in order to pay bills for Globe, Innove, and Bayantel accounts, add funds to the GCash wallet, buy load for prepaid accounts, and even purchase a special SIM card with data inclusion for P125.  Users can also use MySukli, an e-wallet managed by the machine vendor and a certified Operator of Payment System by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.

In the Care Zone, there are helpful screenshots to guide customers in using the different services such as paying bills via the Globe One app or the vending machine, requesting service through the Globe One App or Globe At Home app, and using the GCash app.

Globe has already put up EasyHub kiosks in Ayala Malls Manila Bay and SM Manila.  More outlets are set to open in different locations nationwide soon.

Globe is committed to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDG), specifically UN SDG No. 9, which emphasizes the roles of infrastructure and innovation as crucial drivers of economic growth and development. Globe upholds the UN Global Compact Principles and contributes to 10 UN SDGs.
