CCTV footage partly showed the murder of four Army troops at the hands of Jolo police

The nine policemen involved in the shooting incident in Sulu must be blaming each other for being too callous and trigger-happy over the authority empowered to them “to shoot and kill,” they’ll be facing a criminal act over the death of four Army troops.

CCTV slide frames that partly captured the gruesome murder of the Army intelligence operatives at the hands of nine police personnel is now shared publicly online and is a subject of would-be conclusive evidence to pin down the cops.

The frame by frame account showed that there was no shootout as alleged earlier by the Philippine National Police (PNP) leadership.

In the accounts, based on the CCTV frames, Inside Militarty Forum Facebook page described the incident in partial details through the footage captured by a CCTV nearby the scene of the crime.

Gray SUV immediately parked 50 meters from Jolo MPS to meet with the cops aboard PNP mobile patrol.

The PNP mobile patrol arrived 7 seconds later and flagged down the SUV.

3 seconds later the PNP mobile patrol stopped and the cops disembarked their vehicle.

One of the cops talked to Maj. Marvin Indammog. It took seconds when the cop shot Indammog at point blank. Four shots in front and eight in the back. Other cops fired at the two soldiers outside the SUV.

Capt. Irwin Managuelod who was inside the SUV doing technical work was shot.

A minute later, the cops boarded the mobile patrol and sped away leaving the dead soldiers and the cene of the crime.
