The Cavite Sea Beast Swimming Club emerged as the overall champion in the recently concluded Migh -TYR Warriors swimming championship at the Olympic-sized Teofilo Yldefonso Swimming Center inside the famed Rizal Memorial Sports Complex in Manila.
The Caviteno tankers bested their counterparts from 59 teams coming from the National Capital Region, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao to claim the title in the swim fest organized by Swim League Philippines as part of the selection process for TYR Philippines’ new brand ambassadors.
Finishing first runner-up was Cavite Blue Wahoo Swimming Club followed by Emilio Aguinaldo College (2ndd), Binangonan Athletes Swim Team (3rd), Eduardo’s Resort Swimming Federation (4th), Sharknado Swim Team (5th) and Elite Baywolves Swim Club (6th).
Awarded Most Outstanding Swimmers (Category A) are Rhianna Galo, Scarlett Bagaipo, Kendra Larrobis, Sophia Garra, Sinagtala Cuevas, Juliana Lagula, Shanaia Baraquel, Juryell Coliyat, Josh Feliciano, Mikhael Jasper Mojdeh, Asael Bernaldez, Behrouz Mohammad Mojdeh, Kevin Chan, Van Gatillo, and Jake Ellis Evangelista.
In Category B, the MOS awardees are Alexandra Battad, Lana De Ausen, Kirsten Cruz, Ma. Ysabella Cantos, Ma. Angela Mojica, Amanda Basa, Jaztine Romales, Tranquil Samaniego, Willcian Meelark Pentinio, Evan Matthew Elimos, John Samaniego, Lloyd Faller, Raphael Sebastian, and Steve Izenn Tan.
