Founded in 2016 and beginning its Philippines operations in March 2023, the EASL aims to bring together top men’s basketball club teams from Greater China, Japan, Korea, and the Philippines to compete in a home-and-away regional championship that elevates the sport in the region.

The East Asia Super League group series started October 11 in Japan and games are available for viewing on Cignal TV One Sports and OTT streaming platform Pilipinas Live.
