As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we at Manulife Philippines reassure you of our continued commitment to protecting your health.


How we are protecting you.

Claims made for the treatment of, or hospitalization due to covered illnesses, including those that may stem from a COVID-19 infection will be honored*. 

On top of this, we will also extend support to our customers diagnosed with COVID-19 by providing the following:
 
Additional Hospital Income Benefit*
Customers with Hospitalization Benefit coverage will receive an additional P1,500 per day of hospitalization, up to a maximum of 10 days. 

New Diagnosis Benefit*
Customers with Critical Illness coverage will receive a one-time Diagnosis Benefit of P10,000 upon being diagnosed positive for COVID-19. 

 All of these additional benefits and extended support are free of charge and effective from March 23 until June 30, 2020. Terms and conditions apply.


How will you file a claim?

For your own health and safety, we encourage you to use our online facilities to file your claim.

We also encourage you to use Manulife Online to manage your policy, make payments or update your information. You can create or access your account through online.manulife.com.ph
